I have more information on mill pcb's at my sister website http://millpcbs.com/ Starting from a point of having a pcb design in Eagle. 1. In order to compensate for cutter with, you may need to do a restring from Eagle. The restring increases the size of pads and vias to compensate for the copper lost during the milling. 2. From the board editor with the pcb you want to mill, do a File->Run->pcb-gcode-setup.ulp. As a minimum you need to setup the first three tabs:
3. For a single sided board, the drill file and isolation g-code files will be named with a ***bot.nc (isolation milling) ***bd.nc (drill file)
