Can anyone tell me the function of these connectors :
- X3
- X4
- X5
- DRV5V et DRVGND
Another question : Could I use cncduzez usb-parallel interface ?

There would be no reason to use an opto board with the usb-prll interface.
X3 is for a isolated 5VDC source if the user doesn't choose to use the usb power. X4 is for switch inputs, X5 is an aux output. HPCL2631 is an equivalent part. The 2531 will work as long as the software pulse widths are compatable.
