4wires = bipolar only
5wires = unipolar only
6wires = unipolar or bipolar full coil or bipolar half coil
8wires = unipolar, bipolar series, bipolar parallel

6 wires also apply to 5-phases stepper motor :wink:

Thanks but this is not my site
Actualy it is DSA site from India
The Site contains many interesting projects but the main problem arise from exceeding the data transfer limit (site is down).


The site will be made available again within an hour after being disabled for exceeding the data transfer limit.
