Hello Sir,
After failure of "A" Plan i'm going for "B" Plan. Right know i'm using Drill machine's barrel and old quarter hour power motor(1440 rpm)( Motor is 40 years old and barrel is 20 years old). All were found in my store and i just bought V belt and wooden block.
I machined on Aluminium and steel(iron). Initial tests were quit satisfactory. I'm learning who to use end mill, feed rate, rpm etc etc. After learning the basics i'll replace the barrel with collet fitting may be with new 2880 rpm motor.

Any suggestion sir?

I'm really proud of your progress. I'm glad I took the time to give you some help way back at the beginning.

Hello Sir,
This is the time of celebration. I did some profile cutting on steel(Iron). This was .5 inch in depth and i used 5/16 HSS end mill.
I machined without enable the anti-backlash and endmill(4 flutes) with two damaged flutes.

Hello Sir,
I like to keep my motors cool. Is it normal stepper motor become hot and it became difficult to touch with bare-hand for few seconds. I cooled one motor with CPU fan. The result was good. Is it good idea to cool down motors or it is pure entertainment.

Yes it's normal for them to run hot. But heat takes it toll on anything over the long term... Are you motor faces mounted to a metal frame that acts as a heatsink?
