If you could add the size of the boards to the pdf it would help alot with making them.... Well for people like me who use other "non convevtional" ways of making them. I use a vinyl sign cutter, I also have to do modifications so the not so small traces will work. I think my smallest possible is like 1 mm, and that is tuff to weed, and as they get closer together my plotter dosent act quite right.

If you print the pdf as 100% not fint on one page or size to fit, the printout will be true scale.

Yes, Thats what I do at the moment, then measure it and use the measurments in dr.stika (my plotter program) I was just thinking it wouldn't take a couple seconds to add them when you design new ones and save some trees, and ink.... just a thought. Then again I may be the only person who needs them, the only one making pcbs without a lazer printer.....lol.
